Defective Wallpaper or Fabric Replacement Policy
Carefully examine your order for color, design, quality or imperfections before cutting. Claims against wallcoverings and/or fabric will not be accepted after cutting the product
Our manufacturers will replace any defective merchandise with merchandise of equal value.
If your merchandise is discovered to be defective, we will have the manufacturer ship you a replacement immediately. The shipping method will be the same as the original order. Any alternative shipping method will be at the customer's expense.
Please phone our customer service department at 866-GOWALLS (866-469-2557) to notify us of any defective product. We will have your replacement product sent to you as soon as possible. We will require that you allow us to charge your credit card for the cost of the replacement order. You will need to send your defective paper back to Wallpaper Wholesaler, 3956 Brainerd Rd. Chattanooga TN 37411. Please include original packing slip and other correspondence you have pertaining to this order inside the package. Once we receive the defective product, we will issue you a refund for the cost of the defective product, plus reimburse your freight cost to return the defective product. Only UPS Ground or US Parcel Post freight charges will be reimbursed.
