WALLPAPER WHOLESALER RETURN POLICY

Wallpaper Wholesaler wants you, our valued customer, to be completely happy with your purchase. We sell only first quality products! Never seconds! Every product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty.

WALLPAPER PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We recommend you purchase an extra double roll or spool of the pattern or patterns you choose. For any reason, should you need more than your calculations indicated, you will have extra at the time you need it, in the same run number. Having extra product on hand also allows for possible repairs later, if needed.

We also know that from time to time, you may wish to return a portion of your order or even your entire purchase. In this case, FOR RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE a 30% manufacturer's restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase price and the balance will be refunded to your credit card, or if you paid by check, a refund check from Wholesale Wallpaper for the amount you are to be refunded will be US mailed to you.

Please note: Case-priced wallpaper, case-priced borders, murals, 54 inch commercial goods, customized/personalized items, and samples are non-returnable. Also, any products stated as non-returnable by a wallpaper wholesaler representative at the time of purchase or noted as non-returnable in the Product Detail section on our website are non-returnable.

All returns on authorized returnable products must be made within 30 days from the time the product is delivered to you. Only uncut, unopened products, in their original factory packaging, are returnable.

Shipping charges for returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

IMPORTANT: You must call our Customer Service (888-305-8020) Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm EST or fill out the Return Form to obtain a Return Authorization Number and the correct return address.

To return products, fill out the return form. Be sure to include your order number, your name, and the products and quantities you wish to return. Do not return any products without the Return Authorization Number and the instructions on where to return the product.

Please note: Defective wallpaper or fabric is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please inspect your wallpaper immediately upon receipt and notify us if you find it defective. We will replace it right away. For instructions to replace defective products, please click here.

ACCESSORIES RETURN POLICY
We regret that at the present time, the vendors for our accessories do not allow returns on these products.

FABRIC RETURN POLICY
Fabric is cut to order and therefore is a non-returnable item. Dyes in fabric will sometimes vary from dyelot to dyelot, so please order enough at the time of your initial purchase to assure you have all you need in the same dyelot to complete your project.
