Shipping Policy !!
We ship via UPS or Federal Express Ground at no charge to our customers located in the Continental US for orders where the merchandise ordered is a total of $60.00 or more. A $4.00 shipping charge is added for those orders that total less than $60.00. Please allow 5 to 10 days for receipt
of your product.
Customers can choose to upgrade their shipping options. These orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours following the day the order is placed with us for all in stock product. Next Day Air packages will be delivered by 5:00 pm the next business day after the order ships (i.e.: current date + 2 business days). 2nd Day Air packages will be delivered by 5:00 pm within 2 business days after the order ships (i.e.: current date + 3 business days). 3rd Day Guarantee will be delivered by the end of the day within 3 business days after the order ships (i.e.: current date + 4 business days).
Our network has distribution centers strategically located
throughout the continental USA and your order will always be shipped from the
center closest to you.
On occasion, your order may contain a pattern where (due to high demand) all
inventories have been depleted throughout our network. In this event, all
other patterns ordered will be shipped immediately except for the depleted items.
This portion of your order will be shipped directly from the manufacturer and
you will receive an email informing you of the expected ship date.
All patterns will always be the same lot# and guaranteed 1st quality, with the manufacturer's
warranty included with every roll. We recommend that you schedule your paper
to be hung after you receive your complete order.
We also offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. There is a shipping charge
added to these orders. If shipping charges are not automatically added to your order, we will notify you via Email of the shipping charge to be
added before we process your order. You will then need to approve the charge via Email before we process
your order.
