WE ARE PLEASED TO OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY ON MOST BRANDS OF BLINDS , SHADES OR SHUTTERS WE SELL. The Hardware System and the Head Rail Mechanism are warranted against manufacturing defects for as long as you own your blinds. Louvers are warranted for Five years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects you discover during the specified time frame not caused by misuse or improper installation. We guarantee that should you discover a defect covered by this warranty, we will either repair the defect or replace the product “at our discretion.” The warranty does not cover installation or freight charges. |
