We ship our Window Treatments via UPS or Federal Express Ground at no charge for all treatments less than 96" in width or length . For all products 96" or larger in width or length a $65 oversize package charge will be added to your order. But only one $65 charge per order will be charged to our customers located in the Continental US (no matter the number of products ordered). Please allow 5 to 10 days for receipt of your product. We offer 2nd and 3rd day air shipping at an additional charge. A customer desiring this service should call toll free 888-305-8020, and place their order over the phone. Our network has distribution centers strategically located throughout the continental USA and your order will always be shipped from the center closest to you. We also offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. There is a 2nd day UPS Air Charge added to orders shipped to these 2 states. We will notify you via Email of the shipping charge to be added before we process your order. You will then need to approve the charge via Email or Phone before we process the order.
